Hmm, how about making infinite cells, Or a faster cell spawn rate. Those are my suggestions :)

easier lvl 11: wait and watch as the 3 colours fight each other until ur cell is full or someone is attacking u,attack that colour back.the rest use ur brain

tutorial lvl 11: Attack the red cel, then when you have 2 cells, occupy the middle one. Black and purple fight eachother so they loose hp. Then cut the tentacles near your cell for faster occupying. when you have it then your almost done rest is easy.

lvl 11 is to hard, nobody can finish it and i bet u made it like that >:( please FIX that lvl, so that its easily beatable
